Through an integrated approach, Canterbury Rehabilitation Program at Homewood at Williamsport bridges the gap from hospital to home for those requiring speech, occupational, and physical therapy.

Memory Care services are tailored to each residents’ unique needs. Whether Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other difficulties, each comprehensive plan is adapted as needed to preserve their daily quality of life – safely, securely, and compassionately.

We are a Medicare certified skilled nursing center where 24-hour nursing care is provided by licensed, certified and long-tenured staff. We accept Medicare and most private insurance plans to pay for your rehabilitation care.
